Awesome little casino!! Great customer service, hot machines and decent amount of table games. Really enjoy Everytime I go!!
This was the worst place to stay for Christmas. The hotel had all their restaurants closed at 5 pm on Christmas Eve.. only a snack bar open until 8. Stop serving alcohol at 6 pm Christmas Eve and all day Christmas. No food for breakfast and snack bar didn’t open until 11:00. Why the casino was even open I have no idea. Very disappointed. Came all the way from Arizona. Frustrating!! The hotel should have let their guest know ahead of time. So many unhappy customers. Talk to managers and they didn’t care About your opinion!!
Was upgraded to a suit room so that was nice. Liked the casino has video black jack and crsps
The staff was very unfriendly! There are no amenities while you are there gambling. Every casino I have ever visited have host that will bring you drinks not at four bears. They don't do anything for the people that are there spending lots of money. The coffee machine ran out of coffee and all I could get was direction to another part of the building(not the casino) where I might be able to find a cup of coffee. Might being the key word. My mother is disabled and the handicap accessible doors may or may not work. Good luck finding staff that would be friendly enough to open and hold a door for her! All I can say to anybody wanting to go to fourbears is do yourself a favor and drive by there are plenty of casinos down the road!
Had a great time with my family. The casino had cash drawing two nights from 8-10pm. The first night was cool my mom and brother won on the drawings. It was a great time also got food from short order deli. It overall a good time while back home to visit family.
