It's a great hotel, I left my wallet in my room, I go back for it but it's gone in less then 10 mins. Rude staff but very nice everything else
The vest part of my stay every time is the little old lady that makes us our breakfast, she makes sure its ready early before we head to work, I forgot her name but she's awesome, however, receptionists are snobby and reluctant to help you with anything.
There was no change machine for quarters for the laundry room and the front desk was rude about it. When we went down for breakfast at 9:32am we were told rudely that breakfast was over. Five minutes later when we came down to check out we saw a man who left the elevator when we went up to get our stuff coming on with breakfast. Why was he allowed to eat and not us? The hotel it set was nice but the staff were very rude and unhelpful.
